Frank Garrow

Director of Procurement 

Frank has over 20 years of professional experience in the construction industry, including successfully running his own real estate holding company for over nine years. Since joining the AHV team in January 2014, Frank has demonstrated diversified leadership in procurement, project management and financial oversight of multiple high voltage projects. At present, Frank is responsible for all procurement activities, e.g. contract negotiations and buyout of all material and labor required for HV Projects. While achieving results needed, he also maintains strong relationships with all subcontractors and suppliers. Frank holds a degree in Business Administration from State University of New York.
