Vice President, Engineering and Preconstruction

Mike is responsible for leading the engineering and estimating teams and overseeing pre-construction. He is an electrical engineer experienced in the design and oversight of substation and transmission projects up to 500 kV for numerous utility, renewable and non-renewable generation, and industrial clients. Mike specializes in the protection & control and physical design of high voltage substations and was the electrical engineering department lead at MSE Power Systems. Mike is an active member of the IEEE Power and Energy Society Substations Committee and is the chair of the working group for IEEE 1267, Guide for Development of Specifications for Turnkey Substation Projects. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in nine U.S. states.
